Olympic athletes should not be the only ones with killer legs. If you want nice legs, let me tell you, nothing is better than firm hamstrings! Yes, the back of the leg. In this video I show you a track and field drill that will have you working those ‘hammies’ and giving you a little bonus cardio! Start at the bottom in a low lunge position and with power and intensity, drive the back leg up to a high knee position. Do this a few times on one leg then switch to the other; add weight by holding dumbbells for a little more of a challenge. This will be sure to have you feeling the back of those legs the next day!
