Hi Everybody!

It’s October and the Fall Season has officially Begun.  I’m super excited to see the leaves change color, I get to wear my cute boots, and drink a nice hot Pumpkins Spice Latte.

This is also a time where I reflect on my year and think about all the projects and goals that I set for myself and whether I accomplished everything that was on my list.

There are a lot of things that I got accomplished and for that I plan to celebrate and give myself a pat on the back.  Because I’m proud of all the hard work that did over the Spring and Summer.

Now there were a few things that I didn’t get done, but that’s ok because I know that can still start.

If you started the year with a list of healthy lifestyle goals that you wanted to accomplish but didn’t get them all done, don’t beat yourself up. It’s not too late to start creating a healthy life that you want to have.

Take this opportunity to slowly incorporate a healthy lifestyle change.  That may mean taking a 20-minute walk during your lunch break or after work or buying a new water bottle so that you can drink more water or preparing one new healthy meal a week for your dinner.

It’s not too late to get started and when the holidays come around you would have already lost weight or started building muscle or started learning how to eat healthier or whatever your goals are.

So make sure you take this time to celebrate you wins for the year and keep building your body wealth throughout the season.
