Atlanta Carnival Ab Challenge – Rest Day/ Probiotics & Your Abs!!

Here is a quick tips video on the benefits of Probiotics! We only have 3 days left of the ab challenge (disregard the 2 week reference ;-) ) !! Take a rest day and watch the video- probiotics may be the missing link in your supplementation for a super flat stomach!! Also remember these abilicious tips: Try to get in 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity every week (30 minutes 5 days a week or about 50 minutes 3 days a week) Try to get 2 or more days of resistance training working all major muscle groups Drink plenty of water Reduce overly processes, surgery, fatty, foods Increase vegetables and lean protein consumption Only eat complex carbs Unlike other muscle groups abs are fairly strong since they are the core muscles that carry your body throughout the day so they can take a daily workout. But like other muscle groups they too need a rest day. So give your abs a rest and get ready to start up again tomorrow! You Are Rich ~ You Have Body Wealth BWWB
